HOUSE KITSUNÉ

Maison Kitsuné x Boiler Room shakes up Paris Fashion Week.

To mark their Paris Fashion week debut, and first collection under the creative direction of Yuni Ahn, Maison Kitsuné wanted to pay homage to its record-cum-fashion label roots. Few statements could have been more fitting than its Friday night presentation; a Maison Kitsuné x Boiler Room show with “French Prince of Voguing” Kiddy Smile on decks.

For HOUSE KITSUNÉ, Ahn drew inspiration from the aesthetic of House Music’s ‘90s heydey to create menswear and womenswear that blurred the line between genders. Clad in exaggerated puffa coats, hoodie dresses and chunky Brandblack sneakers, the models that danced through Kiddy Smile’s set could have easily passed for club kids. See below a selection of photography from the night and a chance to catch up on Kiddy set.
