History in the making, today’s Debut sees a coming together of various dance music legends: house and hip hop’s pioneering innovator DJ Fast Eddie‘s collaboration with voice of the eighties CeCe Peniston, getting remixed by none other than Border Patrol (comprised of our Chi v D showcase’s delight Chuck Daniels and Canada’s own Jason Hodges).  This rework, forthcoming on Chuck’s own Sampled Detroit imprint, breathes new life into the well versed sound of elevated and elated house music. Chicago and Detroit coming together via DC and Toronto, with the utmost conviction – as is expected when it’s from four key progenitors of feel-good dance music.
