Rocco
Upcoming

Rocco is a guy living in Albernga on Italy’s Ligurian coast who would position himself on an empty roundabout beating out drum beats to the flow of traffic, waving at regulars who drove by, sometimes supplemented by his megaphone. For Rocco, it is a way to spread joy of life, motivated by Jesus as he states, “Music is prayer and prayer is music.” Berlin-based duo Lisa Rave and Erik Blinderman, who also work as Whole Wall Films, make documentary based art films people on the outside of society, changing structures within communities and failed utopias.
