With dance music having been around long enough for its own history books, "legend“ seems to be a buzzword lately, with unheard pioneers and trailblazers popping up left and right.
Oscar Mulero, however, can be counted as one of the very few that prepared the grounds for what is dance music as we know and love - having been a constant driving force, developing and innovating for nearly three decades. A resident of renowned clubs like New World or The Omen, he progressed from the wild EBM-filled days of early club culture over drum and bass to the matured and diverse sound of his upcoming full-length album "Muscle and Mind“.
As much as Mulero enters a new chapter of his artistic path, Cio D’or is about to release her new album full of cinematic techno explorations divided in three chapters: after and before, floor X and yocta to yotta. Originally hailing from Cologne she teamed up with Spain's fastest up-and-coming techno titan Svreca’s (who will also be joining us on the night) Semantica label for her second full-length.
Inner8 (AKA Daniele Antenzza) is best known for his work as one half of Dadub, a flagship act on Stroboscopic Artefacts. New Berlin based label Undogmatisch will release Inner8's self-titled LP in June.
Eric Cloutier cut his teeth DJing in New York & Detroit before eventually finding himself in Berlin. Known for his sets of deep dubby house & techno, Coultier releases his first solo EP on Wolfskuil Limited next month.
