Boiler Room Tokyo: Contact

Boiler Room is coming to Asia for a cultural tour to showcase some of the continent's most progressive & active music hubs. A 10+ date journey across club spaces, cultural institutions, & festivals, the tour will bring together a series of programmes centred on local scenes & vital innovators across Asia's club underground.

Our first stop is Japan & Tokyo's Contact: the iconic Shibuya basement bunker with a long history of championing the global & local vanguard. Our program in October will feature: Oliver Ho's industrial techno project Broken English Club; Berlin's Rhyw (aka – Cassegrain's Alex Tsiridis); & local heroes in deep techno doyen Wata Igarishi, 解体新書 (KaitaiShinsho) founder Romy Mats & Bokeh Versions innovator Mars89. We will be broadcasting this showcase in collaboration with our friends at Dommune.
