Boiler Room Paris x Dailymotion with Simo Cell, Voiron, AZF, Koyote

25 Apr 2016, 20:00 - 00:00 CEST

For his first Boiler Room Paris as a behind-the-scenes curator, Teki Latex brings together 4 radical personalities of the city's raw electronic renaissance.

Simo Cell: He has released on prestigious labels like Livity Sound and Fragil Music. He has been invited to play with Hodge on Rinse and with Kowton on NTS. But strip away the name-dropping and he is still one of the best DJs Paris has to offer in the blurry space between techno and hybrid UK styles. He is Simo Cell.

Voiron: With one foot in ravey old school Electro, the other in modern extremist Acid, and a fun relaxed attitude towards all of it (perpetuating the very French tradition of absurd track titles for example "Mon Cousin Breton"—"My Cousin From Brittany"), Voiron makes non-serious electronic music to be taken seriously.

AZF: Curator of the weekly Jeudi Minuit parties at La Java, after-hours shepherd for the new souls lost in Paris's techno purgatory, AZF bridges clans and niches in the underground while remaining furiously devoid of compromise.

Koyote: after a string of releases on Mixpak and Sound Pellegrino, the maestro of blending Ghetto House with François De Roubaix-synths is back on Boiler Room for some groovy minimalist accidental analog action.
