We're bringing together some of our favorite young hip hop artists for a showcase of rising talent. Divine Council is the hip hop collective of Lord Linco, $ilkmoney, ICYTWAT, and Cyrax!—four artists split between Richmond and Chicago. NXGN is a group of rising New York producers, DJs, and rappers: TyBass, Fresh The Prophet, Spīca, Jon Boy Ice, and Chris Melhado. Rounding out the bill is Lonny X—Connecticut-based rapper and Lazy Boy Records founder.
