There is step-free access across the dancefloor. There are limited areas with steps and no ramp access. Guests are advised to ask for help from Security or Access team who will be happy to assist.

Attendees will need to go outside in the Smoking Area if they need some quiet space away from the crowd.

There is accessible parking near the venue for attendees with additional needs in the VIP parking. Please indicate at the parking control that you have access needs and the parking assistant will be able to let you into the car park.
