Joined by a mammoth roster of rising musical giants, we celebrate our first jazz broadcast in New York City with the arrival of Revive Music's most recent compilation album, Supreme Sonacy Vol. 1. This one-of-a-kind event holds court live at Le Poisson Rouge on September 2nd, 2015 to toast the critically acclaimed project- a transformative 13-track compilation marking the birth of a new cool- and will feature appearances from each and every single musician on the project: Ray Angry, Igmar Thomas, Brandee Younger, Ben Williams, Keyon Harrold, Jaleel Shaw, Maurice Brown, Terry Slingbaum, and an extended list of notable artists will grace the bandstand for this momentous occasion. Rotating sets on a circular stage, musicians will take turns playing their respective cuts from the seminal collection as DJ Raydar Ellis will cap off each set with the electrifying interludes he produced for the project.
