System Restart: Bristol
This month we launched System Restart: an ongoing, online event series to renew club culture during the pandemic, in collaboration with Absolut Vodka, Ballantine's, Beefeater Gin & Jameson Whiskey. A program of global broadcasts from cities worldwide, the project will invest in some of the most vital music communities – their artists, collectives, venues – as they map the tentative next steps for rebuilding their local scene.
Our next leg of the journey is in the prestigious Bristol Museum & Art Gallery as it stands empty during the UK's nationwide lockdown. From within its archival recesses comes live music from Giant Swan, Jabu, Withdrawn & Birthmark and Alamay & Skiimsk.
This show will be raising awareness & donations for Music Venue Trust – a UK registered charity which acts to protect, secure & improve grassroots music venues. This event is compliant with local CV-19 safety restrictions.
