Boiler Room New York presents The Nice Up: a celebration of DJs and vocalists representing a spectrum of sounds and styles, showcasing the evolution of reggae and dancehall in New York City.
On the vocalist side of things we've got dancehall star Kranium, legends of New York's Biltmore Era dancehall scene in Red Fox and Screechy Dan, and a very special performance from the one and only Sister Nancy to round things out. For the selector side of the lineup we've got genre-blending producer and DJ Jillionaire, Max Glazer—co-founder and 1/2 of taste-making reggae and dancehall duo Federation Sound, Flex Dance Music pioneers Epic B and Uninamise going b2b as Immortal Instruments, and Dub-Stuy Sound as champions of the sound system culture.
