Ok, so Carl Craig is going to be in the Boiler Room - which in itself has had us stumbling round the office, misty eyed and uncontrollably making gun fingers. Nevermind the fact that the rest of the line-up is so strong we're currently investigating it for performance enhancing drugs. This will undoubtedly be a classic session, set your reminders people!
So Carl, we can call you Carl right (that'd be so cool), has been celebrating 20 years of his Detroit-born imprint Planet E, by taking it on tour for the first time ever and he's just about to release a vinyl box-set compilation called '20 Fucking Years Of Planet E - We Ain't Dead Yet'. In 2012 Carl will be focusing on his 69 Live show, performing a selection of the finest 69 classic releases, live - all infused with masks, darkness and 'retina popping' visuals. This show will be a taster of what is to come.
Next up, we'll have Friendly Fires DJing in the place. The guys have been touring pretty much forever with their band, but they're also fine purveyors of house music. In fact, they're just music heads in general - and i'm sure they'll hold the party down.
Life must have been pretty crazy for Axel Boman over the last couple years - since his release on PAMPA and his time at the Red Bull Music Academy people have just been going crazy about him, and rightly so.
Last, but by all known means, not least it's Paul Woolford, one of the true heroes of UK dance music and a recent addition to the Planet-E label family. He's still making music that pushes boundaries and shocks dancefloors. We Can't wait to catch him.
