Hailing from Manchester, Modern Love have been releasing some of your and our favourite music over the last 10 years. Imagine a musical landscape without Demdike Stare, Andy Stott, Claro Intelecto, Pendle Coven.. well you get the idea. It would be pretty shit. That's why everyday we celebrate there existence - and have set aside August 14th for a worldwide celebration bigger than the Olympics (well not quite, but you got excited for a second there didn't you).

The musical hoarding force/ deep and dark as you like production unit that is Demdike Stare are going to be in the Boiler Room. Everything they have put out is kind of hard to get hold of, and is also pretty fucking incredible - so we're massive fans obviously. Can't freaking wait to see how they get down.

Don't get too excited yet, but Andy Stott has another album on it's way some time soon. His last one changed our collective lives, so let's hope he showcases a few bits from this new one. Oh dear lord i'm going to explode if he does.

Right, we're going to stick our hands up now.. we have no idea who Rainer Veil are. Obviously we searched them. They've got all the relevant social media you could ever need - but someone they still remain elusive. I bet you there pretty damn amazing though. Bet you £10!

G.H.aka Gary Howell of Pendle Coven is also set to scare the bejesus out of you all. With only one release under his belt as this alias there's not an awful lot of clues to what his set will be like. Let's hope it's moody, sparse and dark eh!
