Banana Hill resident Al Zanders (aka Alex Buchan) has been turning heads for a while. Having already teared it up with releases on Karakul, Stamp Records and his eponymous A-Z Records, the Sheffield-based artist now presents Ripley’s Voyage/Dexter’s Morning.

Keeping the momentum, Al Zanders seals the deal with certified slam dunk of a B-side, “Dexter’s Morning”. This is the musical embodiment of a disco ball. A track purely orientated for the dance floor with an enslaving hook on guitar and keys, adorned by golden-age synth and a shedload of feel good disco-style instrumentals.
