Budding youngblood Will Lister has been catching eyes and pricking up ears within London’s close knit music community since moving up from Dorset. Having worked behind Phonica’s shop counter and spinning records on his Balamii radio show, now marks the time for the savvy 19-year-old to make his production debut on Phonica’s main imprint.

The Phantom exhibits three tracks of insatiable new-age dance music that’s full of twists and turns along the way. Our EP highlight “After the Light” kicks straight into place from the off. Rich piano stabs set the tone, with a full-bodied rhythm driving throughout. An unavoidable groove persists throughout, complementing the EP’s surrounding tracks neatly.
