OOBE ‘Digital Sea’
Emerging out of the primordial stew that is Vancouver, BC’s 1080p label on what must be their 1084607th (approx.) solid release of the year is OOBE. The Italian was formerly featured on Opal Tapes’ No Lotion comp, but here he steps out in a smoother guise with a heavily processed set of alien electronic wares. “Digital Sea” calls to mind the recent Boiler Room that Oneohtrix Point Never laid down in LA: glossy, undulating and kinda gorgeous tbh.
